Giveaway: Artisan Breadmaking Set ($115 Value)

Last month, I found the book Artisan Bread in Five Minutes A Day on Amazon. I was a bit skeptical that the book could actually deliver on its title, but decided to give it a try since it had such great reviews. And folks, I'm so glad I did!

The authors have actually found a way to make home baked artisan bread with only five minutes of effort per day. There's no kneading, no "starter" dough and you really don't need to make fresh dough every day! Just make it once, and refrigerate for 1-2 weeks. I am so excited about this technique that I had to share it with you as a giveaway!
